Topic: Graphics, Banner Effects Using: Paint Shop Pro 9
This is the second section of part 2 of my Banners tutorial for Paint Shop Pro. In this tutorial I will demonstrate how to use a glow effect. This tutorial uses PSP9 but you should be able to follow it in most versions of Paint Shop Pro.

hi shannon! my name is stephany and i stumbled across your site while looking for psp/photoshop tutorials. this is BY FAR the best tutorial i’ve ever come across…it even better than screen caps. you seem to be very organized and know what your doing when it comes to webdesign…i was wondering if i could ask you for a few tips. i have 2 fanlistings @ thefanlistings.org and im having troubles left and right. once i have the blend/banner made for my layouts i usually dont know what type of style to use for my layout, i.e DIVs, tables, frames, etc..
And I also have trouble figuring out image maps. i have both psp and adobe and i can never get my image maps to work using either program. do you have a tutorial for this as well?
the above site is my chris daughtry FL which hasnt officially opened yet b/c im having cross-browser compatability problems…more specifically from IE to Mozilla Firefox. I noticed that the colors and roll effects dont work or arent the same and the customized scroll bar doesnt work either. i hope im not bombarding you with questions but im really frustrated and i know im probably just making things harder than they are…but i need some help…and your tutorials helped me a great deal but on only a fraction of my problems. if you have the time and dont mind could you give me some pointers? you would be helping me SO much and i would really appreciate it. thank you!!
Good site I “Stumbledupon” it today and gave it a stumble for you.. looking forward to seeing what else you have..later
